We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
At CrossFit Envy, we utilize a combination of gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, ring work, etc.), weightlifting (Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.), and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, sled-dragging, etc.). We combine these into high intensity workouts to both maximize results, and minimize time required in the gym. We also put a major emphasis on flexibility, self-care, and nutrition to ensure that our clients experience great progress, and stay injury-free.
