There is no obligation and there are no abrasive sales people trying to wrangle you in to long term contracts. We are simply a community of individuals encouraging each other to achieve our fitness goals.
Ultimately, it is up to the discretion of the trainer as to whether or not the client is ready for classes by the end of the assessment. If the trainer determines during the consultation that the client has severe limitations that would require different programming and one-on-one instruction, the trainer may suggest personal training as another option to prepare you for participation in regular classes. Nearly everything we do is Scalable and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
