Hey everyone!! My name is Zac; I’m a young, high energy (you will learn), passionate physical fitness enthusiast. I grew up surround by sports and outdoor activities; I started playing competitive sports in elementary school continuing all the way through my high school years. When I wasn’t playing organized sports I was always getting myself into trouble playing outside while growing up on 14 acres in El Dorado Hills, CA.
I’ve always had a passion for fitness and trying to maximize my physical traits but was never able to reach and more importantly understand my full potential until I was introduced to Crossfit. I truthfully was lost inthe 24hr/health club world, the daily routines (typically machine based) over and over with no variety was limiting my physical progression but more detrimental for me was my mental capacity for what I was trying to achieve which was overall fitness. I desired something different daily, which was going to push me to my physical/mental edge and leave me coming back for more every day.
The mere concept of Crossfit’s definition which is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity had me hooked from day one. As an athlete and certified Level One certified trainer in Crossfit I continue to defy my physical/mental limits and I want the same for you! A lot of us just need the confidence and motivation to achieve our goals in life and this is what I want to be a part of with you. I will be the person you can hate for the hour you’re here but appreciate when you’re not, I will show you that anything is possible, I will push you past your limits, I will show you that being healthy is obtainable no matter where we are in our fitness.
I continue to challenge myself to be the best trainer I can, to study and learn so that I can provide you with the knowledge that I gain, all you have to do is give it a try. Trust me you’ll love/hate me for it!!
