The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect fitness program for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, stay at home moms, and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
At Crossfit Envy, we utilize a combination of gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, ring work, etc.), weightlifting (Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.), and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, sled-dragging, etc.). We combine these into high intensity workouts to both maximize results, and minimize time required in the gym. We also put a major emphasis on flexibility, self-care, and nutrition to ensure that our clients experience great progress, and stay injury-free.
